Octomom is in hot water. Octomom, real name Nadya Suleman, was just charged for three counts of felony welfare fraud.
She was accused of welfare fraud back in March of 2013 by an unnamed source and now she could be going to prison for five years if convicted, reports TMZ.
Octomon allegedly failed to report about $30,000 of earnings between January 1 and June 30, 2013. This money was in part earned from her sex video.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office brought the following charges against Octo: one count of aid by misrepresentation and two counts of perjury by false application for aid.
If she goes to prison, we wonder…what will happen to her kids?
